where do you want to live? Research some interesting places and then decide which state to register in.

The licensing process is not universal. You have to be in licensed in the state of your practice. Most states won’t ask about certification. In some states, you don’t even have to be licensed. Look up the Board of pharmacy and they should have the pharm tech requirements.
