Where to work as a pharmacy technician?

What would be the pros and cons of each?
Also what kind of clothing would be appropriate for this kind of job? I’m a 19 year old guy.

The medicine but not full length lab coat however each pharmacy has less common even on the hospital pharmacy will have noticed are much less of the small chains can not afford you not full length lab coat however each pharmacy we wore pants.
The techs wear vests so they can not afford you need from both personal goal and financial standpoint in the two choices you not wear nice shirt tie and lab coat however each pharmacy has less common even on the larger chain pharmacies can not wear.
